Land Ownership
Land Use Permits:
Land Use Permits are available from Native corporations for those who will be using Native corporation lands. On most rivers, this means uplands below the Wilderness Area boundary. It is trespassing to use these lands without a permit. Permits do not grant access to private lands not owned by the issuing Native corporation, such as individually owned Native allotments.
