1. Enter the date, location, and tag information (if applicable).
2. Enter the species of fish:
   • DV = Dolly Varden      AC = Arctic char
   • RT = rainbow trout      GR = Arctic grayling
3. Record the fate of the fish:
   • R = released unharmed       K = killed
   • RD = released damaged (provide notes)
